Saurav Kumar Nanda. Product builder. Founder. Engineer.

I help early-stage teams ship 0 to 1 products: write the PRD, prototype the first version, instrument the analytics, drive the launch. Six years of building across SaaS, e-commerce, and transportation, on three continents.

A product builder who can sit in every seat.

Most product people can write a PRD or run a sprint. Fewer can write the PRD, ship the feature, instrument the analytics, close the customer, and own the P&L. That is where I work.

I am a full-stack operator: part engineer, part PM, part founder, with a bias toward shipping and a memory for numbers.

Saurav Kumar Nanda, candid portrait Off-duty

I started with a B.Tech in Computer Science, which means I can read a codebase, argue architecture with engineers, and ship the first prototype myself instead of waiting for one. I then spent three years shipping across Flipkart (BI and analytics), impress.ai (enterprise SaaS), and Boomerangme (as CSO of a 20-person sales org).

In 2024 I founded Nandighosh Mobility, a private-limited bus company in Odisha, and I built every layer: the fleet management and booking stack, the ops playbook, the growth channels. It runs profitably today on ₹1Cr+ annual revenue.

In parallel, I am finishing my MS in Technological Entrepreneurship at Illinois Institute of Technology and partnering with a Chicago stealth startup on product and growth. I was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, top 1% of business graduate students globally.

What this means for you: when you hire me on a product, I do not need a translator. I talk to engineers in code, to operators in dollars, and to customers in outcomes.

LANE 01 · ENGINEERING

I can build the first version.

CS degree plus years shipping real systems. I prototype, ship MVPs, integrate APIs, and design the data model, so the product can exist before the eng team scales.

PythonJavaScriptSQLREST APIsFirebasePostgreSQLGitHub
LANE 02 · PRODUCT & DATA

I turn signals into decisions.

Discovery interviews, PRDs, roadmaps, and dashboards that drive weekly calls, not vanity reports. BI work at Flipkart gave me a serious analytics muscle.

LANE 03 · BUSINESS & GTM

I know what a product has to earn.

Founder P&L, enterprise SaaS pipeline, partnerships, and 20-person sales team leadership. Products without commercial truth die young. I build ones that do not.
